Aura Alliance partners from across the world met in November for the annual Partner Conference. Held in Miami from the 6th to 8th of November, the conference had its fair share of big news – none more so than a major announcement from Avaya themselves. Worldwide collaboration

The Aura Alliance is growing year on year and the 2017 conference was no exception. Business partners from across the world were present in Miami. From the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Canada to Hong Kong, China and India – there were an impressive 22 countries represented in total.

 

Avaya and Aura Alliance – An unprecedented collaboration

Aura Alliance is already a leading provider of Avaya solutions worldwide. It’s the only alliance endorsed by Avaya – and every single one of our partners is Avaya diamond or highly credited. Seven senior Avaya Executives attended the conference, including the VP of US Channel, Gary Levy and Global Marketing Director for Business partners, John Colvin.

 

Tony Parish (Aura Alliance CEO) and Vanessa Thomas (Customer Business Transformation at Avaya) announced a major agreement between Aura Alliance and Avaya that will enhance collaboration even further. The unprecedented deal will be a framework for future business, with closer collaboration and endless opportunity for Aura Alliance partners and clients.

 

The Avaya team spoke about current Avaya strategy, the roadmap for the future and Avaya Cloud – taking Avaya solutions to the cloud for further flexibility and remote collaboration.

 

From the customer’s perspective
