Aura Alliance Partners with InfoPlus
Multi-vendor service provider Aura Alliance has bolstered its global offering through a landmark partnership with InfoPlus – the leading provider of reporting and analytics for Avaya.
The agreement is the latest step in a great relationship between the brands, with Aura Alliance’s clients and partners set to benefit from invaluable communication platform efficiency gains.
InfoPlus reporting allows users to convert data into accurate business decisions. Decisions that are smarter and faster based on insight into their Avaya infrastructure. Site survey, for example, provides a complete inventory of all the licenses, software and applications employed – and whether they’re used or not.

With the new partnership in place, Aura Alliance’s clients and partners have full access to InfoPlus reporting tools, with over 20 years of industry-leading expertise on side. With no hardware or software required, reports can be easily and quickly deployed by users.
The tool will form part of Aura Alliance’s Global Managed Services offering. It will also be available to Aura Alliance partners, allowing service providers across the world to improve their offering to customers.
