As a global company, Aura is closely monitoring the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) around the world. But rest assured, for us it’s business as usual.
As a socially responsible company, we are following all government regulations and restrictions and putting the safety of our staff and colleagues first. The team at Aura are currently working remotely from home in all our locations in the UK, Europe, USA and APAC. However, we remain fully operational and you can still get in contact via your normal channels.
We remain committed to providing the levels of service you expect and we’re confident that we will continue to support your business, without interruption.
Our partners take the same stance and have tested and implemented rigorous measures to ensure continuity of service. Our support teams remain available to you 24/7 (subject to contract) and will service your needs whilst at all times respecting government, corporate and your own individual preferences.
