Use Aura’s secure Dropzone to send files containing sensitive or confidential information to our authorised team.

Please do not send sensitive files by standard email. Upload them using the secure form below.

Before you upload

To help us identify and process your files, please include:

Your name and business email address

Your company name

Your Aura ticket, project, order or opportunity reference, if available

A brief description of the files and why they are being provided

The name of your Aura contact, if known

Once your upload has completed, you will receive confirmation on screen. Your Aura contact will be notified that the files are available for review.

Important information

  • Only upload files that Aura has requested or is authorised to receive.
  • Check that you have selected the correct files before submitting them.
  • Do not include passwords, encryption keys or access credentials within the uploaded files. Share these separately with your Aura contact.
  • If your upload relates to an existing support ticket, include the ticket number so we can associate the files correctly.
  • Uploading a file does not create a support ticket. To report a new issue, please use the Aura Support Portal.
  • Priority 1 or critical incidents must also be reported using the published telephone support process.

How your files are handled

Files submitted through this Dropzone are made available only to authorised Aura personnel who require access for the relevant support, project or business activity.

Uploaded files are intended for secure transfer rather than permanent storage. They will be handled and removed in accordance with Aura’s applicable security, privacy and retention procedures.

By submitting files, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information to Aura and acknowledge that it will be processed for the purpose described with your upload.
