Get More from Microsoft Teams at Commsverse 2021

Microsoft Teams has become a vital piece of software for organisations across the globe. With that in mind, it’s no surprise that so many businesses want to get the most out of their investment – which is where Commsverse comes in.

Commsverse is the UK’s leading Microsoft Teams conference, organised by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. In this post, we’ll provide an introduction to Commsverse and why you should attend.

Commsverse: what you need to know

Commsverse was launched in 2019 as the world’s first independent conference dedicated to Microsoft Teams. In 2020, the second annual event was held virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic. Fast-forward to 2021 and Commsverse will be a hybrid event – both in-person and remote – with 65 sessions, 40 exhibitors and 50 speakers from 15th-16th September.

This year, the event is broken down into two focused days:

15th September – Collaboration Day

As the name suggests, collaboration day will focus on the collaboration side of Teams. This refers to the front end and how organisations can use productivity tools, streamline business processes and empower their team.

16th September – Configuration Day

The next day will be centred around configuration and the back end of Teams. Attendees will learn how to design, deploy and support the Teams ecosystem, including everything from voice and meeting rooms to security and compliance.

Virtual events

In-person events will be available to remote attendees. However, there are also a range of virtual events being held in the two weeks before Commsverse 2021, covering:

  • Voice as a Service – 1st September
  • Voice for Complex Organisations – 3rd September
  • Contact Centre – 6th September
  • User Adoption and Empowerment – 8th September
  • User Productivity – 10th September
  • Hybrid Workplace – 13th September
