Our Highlights of Commsverse 2021

In the build-up to Commsverse, we mentioned that the in-person event was split into two focused days – Collaboration (15^th) and Configuration (16^th). As the UK’s leading conference for Microsoft Teams, it was quite fitting that the keynote speech for the first day was delivered over Teams after being pre-recorded!

As headline sponsor, Ribbon’s talk ‘Demystifying Operator Connect and the Partner Margin Opportunity’ was naturally a highlight for us on day one – along with the string of valuable insights that followed on improving productivity and using Teams in an agile organization.

The second day of Commsverse was Config Day, which was all about deploying and managing Teams for your organization. A multitude of technical expertise and knowhow was shared across the day, particularly by Microsoft themselves. It was interesting to hear first-hand from users about the highs and lows of their journeys to Teams, in the customer case study sessions.

Importantly, we also got the chance to talk to our own customers about their transformation journeys and challenges – hopefully providing some valuable advice and insight along the way, on their deployment and management of Teams.

As mentioned, Commsverse 2021 was a hybrid event with an abundance of great sessions available online to complement the two-day in-person conference. A personal highlight for the team at Aura was Jack Condron’s session, ‘Put Voice in Microsoft Teams Globally’.
