Since launching in 2002, it’s estimated that over 700 million pairs of Crocs have been sold in more than 90 countries. While its 4,000 staff and 8 locations don’t match the scale of others on this list, Crocs is undoubtedly a global brand that needs to stay connected to colleagues, retailers and customers.
