In 2020, the second annual event was held virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic. Fast-forward to 2021 and Commsverse will be a hybrid event – both in-person and remote – with 65 sessions, 40 exhibitors and 50 speakers from 15^th-16^th September.

This year, the event is broken down into two focused days:

15^th September – Collaboration Day

As the name suggests, collaboration day will focus on the collaboration side of Teams. This refers to the front end and how organisations can use productivity tools, streamline business processes and empower their team.

16^th September – Configuration Day

The next day will be centred around configuration and the back end of Teams. Attendees will learn how to design, deploy and support the Teams ecosystem, including everything from voice and meeting rooms to security and compliance.

Virtual events

In-person events will be available to remote attendees. However, there are also a range of virtual events being held in the two weeks before Commsverse 2021, covering:
