Get Ready for the Aura Alliance Rebrand

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Aura Alliance is changing. At the 2017 annual partner conference, we announced a 3-year strategy to become an open, multi-vendor global alliance. The goal? To provide customers with expert assistance for any IT solutions, communication issues or vendors in any location around the world.

With such big changes in the works, we thought it was only right to adapt our company image to reflect the transformation. We have always been an Avaya specialist. Going forward, we will become an alliance of global service providers. Not only that, we want our brand to reflect how reliable, dynamic and exciting our alliance truly is.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

What exactly is changing?

The Aura Alliance has specialised in industry-leading Avaya technology since being founded in 2009. So much so, in fact, that we’re the world’s largest Avaya-endorsed global alliance. But corporate communication is changing. With different mergers, acquisitions and new technology, companies are rarely single-vendor and one-dimensional. So, why should our services be?

That’s exactly what our transformation is all about. We want to give multi-national companies a single point of contact for all of their communication support needs. To do that, we’re introducing specialist support for Cisco and Microsoft Skype for Business, which will go hand-in-hand with cloud-based vendors like Genesys, TATA, Nectar, Ribbon and RMG.

Acquiring Microsoft expertise

A big step in this transformation was our acquisition of the Unified Comms Alliance (UCA) and the Unified Communications Alliance Technology Limited (UCATL). UCA and UCATL have unrivalled Microsoft expertise, with a global network of Microsoft business partners across more than 80 countries.

We now have invaluable Microsoft Skype Client and IBM Sametime Client expertise on our side, which is just one step in our 3-year transformation strategy. The next step? Changing our image…

Reflecting the changes

This transformation is exactly why the Aura Alliance image is changing. We want to reflect our multi-vendor speciality and the melting pot of technologies which is commonplace for our global customers.

The new logo will also reflect our commitment to continuity. The Aura Alliance takes care of everything from deployment to ongoing support. And we do that in multiple countries around the world, managed centrally. Essentially, we provide a strong, consistent core for your unified communications. And we need a logo to encapsulate all of this… We will officially unveil the new image at our annual in mid-October.
