From 29th-31st October, Kuala Lumpur will play host to 50 business partners, covering more than 80 countries around the world. Following last year’s major announcement, the focus in 2018 is to plan for the future.
LOOKING BACK ON MIAMI 2017
Last year’s AA partner conference was a pivotal moment for us, our partners and our customers. First of all, a major agreement was announced between Aura Alliance and Avaya, for enhanced collaboration moving forward. This will bring new opportunities for Aura partners and customers going into the future.
Conference attendees also heard of plans to transition into a multi-vendor global alliance. While we’ll continue to work closely with Avaya, the alliance has embarked on a three-year journey which will see new specialist support for a vast array of technologies and vendors.
