Onboarding process

Your Aura Account Manager will provide an overview of the Aura Partner Portal, which has been designed to supply you with the resources to get your sales, pre-sales and channel facing roles ready to sell, register your deals and order and onboard Aura’s portfolio.

Our Aura Sales team and Solutions Consultants will customize your training plan, providing your Sales, pre-sales, technical and support engineers an overview of the Aura Connect platform, professional services offering and Support.

An Aura Solutions consultant will be assigned to provide Consultancy to understand customer requirements and provide a solution to meet their needs, provide a customized offer & support your Sales team through to order acceptance.

Aura Customer Success team will engage with your Professional Services team to deliver your customer’s solution.

Leveraging Aura One (1 x services will be invoiced on order acceptance, monthly recurring invoicing by x of the month).

Handover to Aura Support – Partner/Customer provided with Support guide which includes escalation matrix.
